It does not apply to third-party websites, services or platforms that are not controlled by AMA Invest Capital Limited, even if they are linked to or integrated with MaxWorker.ai.

We may collect: identity and contact data such as name, email address, company name, account details and, where provided by you, social or messaging contact details such as Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or phone number; billing and transaction data such as subscription plan, token or balance purchases, payment status, invoice references, billing country, tax information and limited payment metadata; technical and device data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, timestamps, log data, diagnostic information and approximate location inferred from IP; usage and analytics data such as pages viewed, clicks, actions taken, session behavior, feature usage, referral sources, interaction history and product analytics; support and communications data such as inquiries, messages, feedback and correspondence; AI and workflow data such as prompts, instructions, inputs, outputs, files, agent logs, execution records, message logs from connected channels, configurations, integration metadata and related content processed through MaxWorker.ai; and cookie or similar technology data used for authentication, security, analytics, preferences, marketing and service improvement.

We collect personal data directly from you, automatically from your browser, device or session, from payment processors, analytics providers, infrastructure providers, service providers, advertising and marketing partners, and from third-party integrations or communication channels that you connect or authorize.

To provide MaxWorker.ai, we may use and rely on third-party processors, subprocessors, partners and systems, including without limitation: AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta and Mistral; payment providers such as, Stripe and PayPal; analytics and product analytics tools such as PostHog; advertising and marketing tools such as Meta and Google, including for audience building, measurement, retargeting or lookalike campaigns where applicable; cloud, hosting and infrastructure providers such as Hetzner; database and backend systems such as Supabase and PostgreSQL; identity, authentication and session management providers such as Supabase Auth and Clerk; and communication and integration channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, email and other supported services.

The specific providers may change from time to time.

6. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to operate, provide, maintain, secure and improve MaxWorker.ai; create and manage user accounts; authenticate users; process subscriptions, token purchases, balance top-ups and payments; provision compute, hosting and AI resources; deploy and manage AI agents; operate built-in CRM, lead qualification or audience segmentation features where available; enable integrations and connected channels; provide support; investigate abuse, fraud, suspicious activity and security incidents; enforce our Terms of Use and other policies; communicate with you regarding operational, administrative, billing, security and support matters; analyze product usage and platform performance; comply with legal obligations; protect our rights and interests; and, where permitted by law, send service notices, updates, offers, marketing communications, or use available contact data in connection with advertising, remarketing, audience matching or lookalike audience creation through platforms such as Google or Meta.

7. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required, and other lawful grounds recognized under applicable data protection law.

Payments for MaxWorker.ai may be processed by third-party payment providers, including, Stripe and PayPal.

AMA Invest Capital Limited does not necessarily store full payment card details or private wallet keys on its own servers.

We may receive limited transaction-related information such as payment status, payment method type, billing country, invoice data, transaction identifiers and fraud prevention signals.

9. Analytics, Cookies and Tracking Technologies

MaxWorker.ai may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, SDKs and similar technologies to enable authentication, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand usage, improve performance, conduct product analytics, measure campaigns, detect fraud and enhance security.

We may use tools such as PostHog and may use marketing and analytics technologies associated with Google and Meta where applicable.

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to load and manage Google tags (such as Google Analytics) and related measurement or advertising tags. GTM and tags it manages may run without waiting for cookie banner interaction. The cookie banner records your preferences for optional categories and controls separate in-app product analytics (such as PostHog) where applicable.

You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain technologies may affect functionality of MaxWorker.ai.

10. Data Sharing

We may share personal data with service providers, subprocessors, infrastructure providers, cloud hosting providers, database providers, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication providers, identity and authentication providers, customer support tools, integration partners, marketing or advertising partners, and professional advisors, but only as reasonably necessary for the operation, security, support, billing, improvement and lawful administration of MaxWorker.ai.

Such data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers or technical subprocessors to generate outputs, execute workflows, run automations, host environments, maintain logs, provide support or improve service quality.

Your use of third-party integrations through MaxWorker.ai may also involve separate processing under those third parties' own terms and privacy notices.

12. Infrastructure and Security

We implement reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

MaxWorker.ai may use isolated Docker containers or comparable isolated environments for client instances, may use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, may use AES-256 or comparable encryption standards for data at rest, and may secure authorization through JWT, session management, Supabase Auth, Clerk or equivalent systems.

However, no website, software, transmission method, cloud environment or digital system is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data processed through MaxWorker.ai.

13. International Transfers

MaxWorker.ai operates internationally and may process or transfer personal data across multiple jurisdictions, including jurisdictions where our providers or infrastructure are located.
